At DAILY-UP, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened supplements
  • Used health products
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please contact your bank or payment provider first.
